Shipping/Returns Policy
Shipping
All purchased items will be shipped via USPS within 4 business days of purchase.
Refunds/Returns
Unfortnetly refunds and returns are NOT accepted unless the item(s) you recieved were damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.
In regards to items arriving damaged, photographic evidence will need to be provided to melissa@hostinbbutterflies.com before a return/refund can be initiated. In the event that you need to ask for a return/refund due to damgae please do not throw away any packaging materials.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
